Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about aqua fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
No membership is needed! When you register for our program you are all set to participate.
*first time participants: book a "DROP IN" to try us out and we'll put that money towards the package of your choice after class.
No swimming skills are needed for our shallow water classes. These workouts are held in waist - chest deep water. Swimming skills are required for Deep Water Classes.
Chlorine resistant swim wear, water to stay hydrated, and your water aerobic accessories such as a towel or robe (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses for outdoor classes). Other optional accessories include aqua barbells, aqua shoes, or aqua gloves. * Deep Water classes, bring pool noodle or aqua belt. Equipment is not provided.
